I went to see my therapist for the first time yesterday,

Apparently my family thinks I am too aggressive,
I can't believe that they'd tell me my behaviours
excessive. I think it's warranted. But they don't
think that way bout me.

without a care it's ruined my sleep patterns. I keyed
her car the following day.
